Edmund (Eddie) was born in Woodbine Iowa, where he lived as a child. His parents moved him to Cameron, Missouri where he lived the rest of his life. Eddie spent 4 years in the Navy in the UDT. UDT were the fore runners of the SEALS. He was an Elder in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for 40 years. He ran the Imperial Oil Company in Cameron for around 25 years. He married the former Bonnie Jean Hubbard, and they adopted two children, David was born in 1960, and Rebecca in 1963. He spent around 15 years or so as the caretaker of the Cameron Memory Gardens Cemetery in Cameron. He finished his work career as a driver for the Cameron Community Hospital. Ed was not famous, but he was loved, and is missed very much by his wife, his children and 4 grand children. He now has a greatgrandson that he did not get to meet. He was first and most important in his life, a minister for Jesus Christ. He preached 143 funerals and quite a few weddings. That is how most remember him, as the preacher. Eddie touched the hearts of many in the Cameron community, and the surrounding area. His legacy in the church lives on.
