James Leroy Offenbacker, 63 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home on Monday, June 29, 2020.

He was born October 19, 1956 to parents, Charles and Mitsy Offenbacker. He was a veteran of the US Navy and had worked at Duncan Industries for 23 years.

James enjoyed fishing. He never met a stranger and was very kind and giving. He was always willing to help anyone with anything.

He was preceded in death by his father.

James is survived by his wife, Pam Nichols Offenbacker; his mother, Mitsy Offenbacker; two brothers, Raymond "Gene" Offenbacker and wife Lisa and Wayne Offenbacker; his sister, Linda Offenbacker; his step-children, Ryan Campbell, Misty Henson, Amanda Dotson and Amos Jason Campbell; 9 step-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends who loved him and will miss him.

Private burial will be held at a later date at Anderson Flat Cemetery.
