She moved to Billings, and lived there until 1938, when she moved to Denver. She worked as a technical secretary for the Department of Geophysics at the University of Colorado. She then lived in Sterling, from 1943 until 1962, when she moved to Boulder, Colo. She settled in Dallas in February. She belonged to the Order of the Eastern Star and the Methodist Church.
She played the piano and was a soloist. She also enjoyed working with ceramics. On Feb. 25, 1933, she married Edwin Hill Miller in Red Lodge, Mont. Survivors include her daughter, Gwen Johnson of Federal Way, son, Gary Miller-Youst of Sheridan; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday in Dalias mortuary. Private interment will be in Hardin.
