My beautiful and so loved Italian Greyhound died at 14 years old, with his owner (me) far away from him. He was blind and sick and had to be taken to the vet by a neighbor during Covid-19. He was feeling sick, he was blind and scared because he coudn't smell anyone he knew and he couldn't see where he was or what the vet was doing. At the vet he had 3 heart attacks and he couldn't survive the 3rd one. I miss him so much! I am so terribly sad of losing him this way! I am so so terribly sorry of being far away while he was feeling sick! I love him so much! Bambi was the best dog ever! So sweet, so elegant, so kind, so lovely! He was always kind with people and so quiet at home! I like to think he was a happy dog. I miss him so much! He was so good that if there is a paradise or heaven for dogs, he must be there, at the very top for sure! My dear Bambi, please forgive me for being far away from you when you needed me the most! I will always love you and remember you! You are deep in my heart my dear! R.
