Mrs. Pauline Frances Eagle, 93, of 102 S. Second St., Woodsboro, died Friday, July 7, at Glade Valley Nursing Center, Walkersville, following an long illness. She was the wife of Charles D. Eagle Jr., who died in 1987.
Born Feb. 21, 1907, in Woodsboro, she was a daughter of the late Frank Tilden and Pansy Irene Fox Crum.
Mrs. Eagle was a member of the Woodsboro Volunteer Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She was employed with the Rosebud Perfume Co., Woodsboro, for 30 years.
Surviving are one sister, Mary Catherine Smith and husband George W. Sr. of Frederick; one sister-in-law, Dorothy Crum of Woodsboro; and several nieces and nephews, including nephews Charles H. Crum and G.W. Smith.
Mrs. Eagle was preceded in death by one sister, Helen Ausherman; and two brothers, Roger W. Crum and Henry R. Crum.
