The family moved to Caldwell Co, MO in 1891.∼Catherine Augusta Swigert (1855-1927) was the daughter of Elijah (Levi) and Ruth (Winklepleck) Swigert. She married George Hart Phillips on June 26,1873 in Coshocton Co,Ohio. Their children were; William Hart,b.1874, Emma Ruth,b.1876, George Elmer ,b.1877, Charles Hayes,b.1881, Rudy Vernon,b.1883, Samuel Augustus,b.1885, Grace Ethel,b.1887, Homer Lee,b.1889, and Edna Pauline ,b.1894 in Caldwell Co.,Mo.They farmed for 18 yrs around Orange,Coshocton Co.,Ohio. In the Spring of 1891 the family moved to Kidder,Caldwell Co.,Mo. and purchased the Old Kidder Hotel,Livery stable,and farm in 1892 just south of Kidder.-
