Childress--Betty Jane Mitchell Hodges, 73, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2001, in Lubbock.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church Chapel with the Rev. Norman Rushing, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery by Johnson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hodges was born Sept. 22, 1928, at Childress. She worked for Southwestern Bell for a number of years.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Barber of Wolfforth; two sisters, Jacqulyn Elliott of Northfield and Rose Mary Reynolds of Irving; two brothers, Dick Mitchell of Childress and John Naylor Mitchell of Irving; and two grandchildren.
