Clarence Wilfred Allard, 83, Hopkinsville, died at 8:35 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2020 at Covington's Convalescent Center in Hopkinsville.

Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church with the Rev. Richard Meredith officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home with rosary at 7 pm. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Webster, Mass., he was born Sept. 8, 1936, the son of the late Wilfred Allard and Edna Lucier Allard.

He was a textile industry supervisor and worked for Westwood Inc. for over 40 years. He was a veteran in the National Guard and a member of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Pawlowska Allard; his sons, David (Christy) Allard, Hopkinsville, Stephen (Tracie) Allard, Crystal Lake, Ill., and Thomas (Colleen) Allard, Shelbyville, Tenn.; his brothers, Arthur Allard, Oxford, Mass., and David Allard, Tuscon, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
