Former Johnson County resident Norman Lloyd, 75, died Wednesday in Southside Health Care Center.
He was born Sept. 22, 1912, in Franklin to William Oscar and Cora Isabelle (Wetzel) Lloyd.
He married Jeannette Freyn on Sept. 11, 1940, in Edinburgh. She survives.
Mr. Lloyd attended Franklin College, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. He also was a member of the Southport Christian Church and Franklin Masonic Lodge.
The Rev. Scott Colglazier will lead the 10 a.m. services Saturday at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Lloyd will be buried in Rest Haven Cemetery, Edinburgh.
Other survivors include two sons, William Carl Lloyd of Bloomington and Norman Thomas Lloyd of Mooresville; a sister, Gladys Hupp of Evansville; and four grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Fund or the American Cancer Society.
