She was married to James Maurice Langhorne, Jr. on 11 August 1923 in Richmond, Virginia. They were the parents of two sons, James Maurice Langhorne, III, and William Haines Langhorne. James and Ann were divorced 30 November 1927. According to the divorce decree, Ann and James had been married 11 August 1923 in Washington, D.C. and the couple had been married four years and three months at the time of the divorce. The divorce was granted. The cause: desertion.[2] He later married for a second time, and had issue with his second wife.

After the divorce, Ann, along with her two children, moved to Hollywood, where they lived with Ann's parents. Later, Ann lived on her own.

She passed away in 1986 in Los Angeles.[3]
