Mae Albrecht, 87, Lakeside, died in Kalispell Regional Hospital Wednesday morning.
She was born April 23, 1896, in Colfax, Wash., the youngest of nine children of John W. and Austa Arrasmith. She received her education in Colfax.
On Sept. 3, 1924, she married Walter H. Albrecht in Colfax. The couple continued to live in Washington until 1943, when they moved to the Flathead Valley and had lived at Lakeside much of the time since then.
Mrs. Albrecht had served as clerk of school board for Lakeside School District 30 for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, on Jan 18, 1972.
She is survived by several nieces.
