Lucy was the daughter of Jacob Lepley and Mahala Jane (Broadwater) Augustine. She married Howard Montgomery Strickler on 17 Jan 1899 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. They were the parents of two girls, Eleanor and Madrienne. Her birth and death information comes from her California Death and Burial record.
