Parents - Everett and Iva (Howse) Hall.

Graduated from Canaan High School in 1943 and he entered the military at the age of 17. He trained and served as a tail gunner and aviation radio operator on patrol bombers in the Pacific Theatre towards the end of the war.

After his military service he graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.S. degree in Personnel Management in 1950. He was employed as the Personnel Manager at Green Mountain Power for 27 years.

He was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Constance Brownell Hall. They were the parents of 5 children. They enjoyed traveling, camping and hiking in many U.S. states, the Canadian provinces, and several foreign countries

He was active in the Boy Scouts of America, and a long- standing member of the Green Mountain Club, and the First Congregational Church.

Survived by his five children (4 daughters and 1 son) and their families; 11 grandchildren; and a great grandson
