Edna “Ed” Brim was born June 24, 1879, in Highland, Kansas, to James Jackson Brim and Mary Miller. He married Louisa Ellen Richardson on February 25, 1899, in Hiawatha, Kansas. They had one son and four daughters. Ellen died June 21, 1943, in Inglewood, California. Ed later married Cecilia Helen Wilson whom he met in Nebraska. Ed and Ellen Brim are buried in Inglewood Park Cemetery in Los Angeles, California.
He was 72 years old when he died in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday, September 4, 1951. Cause of death was bronchopneumonia due to congestive heart failure. His death certificate listed his occupation as Stationary Engineer for a Power Plant.
