Reunited with his daughter Angela at the age of 69. Cherished husband of Marlene Christenson-Sukkert. Father of Bryant Sukkert. Grandpa of Jessica, Bryant, Joshua and McKenna Daisy. Great-grandpa of William and Bryant. Brother of Bonnie (Jeff) Mitchell, DuWayne Sukkert and Lyle Sukkert. Brother-in-law of Molly, Myron, Maxine, Margaret, Mary, Mike, Marie, George and the late Jenny. Dear friend of Ed Wrathal. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and his cat, Mr. Rose. Preceded in death by his parents Anita and August. Bill was a graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran High School. He served in the US Army during Vietnam and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and Bronze Star. Bill retired from Unit Drop Forge as a Hammerman and was a UAW #407 member. He was a proud and active member of AA and life long member of St. Lucas Ev. Lutheran Church.
