Betty Louise Ascraft Braswell,79,of Warren died Thursday at Bradley County Medical Center.She was born Feb.11th,1928,at Herbine,a daughter of the late Ben Thomas Ashcraft and Martha Irene Yarbrough Ashcraft.She was a homemaker and a Baptist.Survivors include eight sons,Billy Braswell,Dale Braswell,and Roger Braswell,all of New Edinburgh,Terry Braswell of Rye,Bennie Braswell and Eddie Braswell,both of Warren, Larry Braswell of Socorro,N.M.,and William "Bo" Braswell of Albuquerque,N.M.;one daughter,Robbie Mann of Warren;four brothers,Louie Ashcraft of Hermitage,Johnny Ashcraft and Alfred Ashcraft,both of Warren,and Charles Ashcraft of Pine Bluff;13 grandchildren;and 16 great-grandchildren.She was also preceded in death by her husband,Elbert Braswell,whom she married on Sept.8th,1945,and who died on June 9th,1996;two brothers,Ralph Ashcraft and Joe Ashcraft;and one sister,Gertie Brian.Funeral Services will be at 2p.m. Sunday at Frazers Funeral Home at Warren.Burial will be in Outlaw Cemetery at Sumpter.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home.
