Earl Walton, son of Mr and Mrs Charles Walton of Thayne passed away Wed. November 7th after a lingering illness of two months.
Funeral services were held Friday at Thayne, Joseph I. Hart presiding. Opening song Rock of Ages by Mrs Joseph Merritt, Martha VanNoy, Myron and Orlan White.
Invocation by David Larson, Solo, "Our Dreams of Yesterdays", by Orlan White. Bishop Russell Titensor gave an inspiring talk on the "Coming of the Savior".
Duet, "I'm Lonesome for You" by Mrs Jos Merritt and Martha VanNoy. Bishop R.R. Dana spoke of all preparing themselves for their death and the hereafter. Closing son was a quartet by Mr. Jos Merritt, Martha VanNoy, Myron and Orlan White.
Benediction by Wm Crook.
The body was layed away in the cemetery at Bedford.
Earl leaves a father, mother, four brothers and six sisters to mourn his departure.
A large number of relatives from Idaho were present at the funeral.
