Adrian George Baril (June 4, 1898 – June 10, 1961) was an American football player who played three seasons in the National Football League with the Minneapolis Marines and Milwaukee Badgers. He played college football at the University of St. Thomas.

Adrian Baril graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 1923 with a BA degree. As a football player, he was named to the All-State football team in 1921, and went on to play in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, and the Minneapolis Marines.
