Funeral Held For John Geer
Funeral Services for Mr. John Geer, 81, who died at 4:30 a.m. Friday in a Tampa hospital, were held at the graveside in Lakeview Cemetery at 2 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Thomas Makin officiating.
A former resident of Sanford and Daytona Beach, Mr. Geer was born in Mulberry on Nov. 6, 1881. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors are four nieces, Mrs. Laura Garrett, Mrs. Julia Neilson and Mrs. Lois Butner, all of Sanford and Mrs. Mary Straub of Daytona Beach.
Brisson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
