Services for L.J. Cole Set For Tomorrow
Funeral services for Lucien J. Cole, 84, who died last night at the home of his brother in Loughman, will be held from the Erickson Funeral Home at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
Rev. J.S. Clark a friend of long standing will officiate, and burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery beside the body of Mr. Cole's wife who died about 10 years ago.
Mr. Cole was born in Davis County, Missouri on February 7, 1851. He and Rev. Clark were friends in Alaska during the gold rush days, and Mr. Cole was a retired gold miner and has lived in this section with Rev. Clark for several years. Mr. Cole's only survivor is his brother, W.H. Cole of Loughman.∼Was living in Seminole, Precinct 3 1935 State Census. Listed in the Death index as having died in Polk, Florida in 1935. He was a miner and retired to Florida with his wife Grace R. Son of Orin and Manerva Cole.
