The funeral of Mrs. Captain A.C. Martin took place in Sanford on Thursday morning, conducted by Rev. Fred Pixton of the Methodist Church. The body was laid away in the old family burial grounds, which are on the premises now occupied by Capt. C.G. Evans and family, followed by a large concession of friends and relatives of the deceased. The pallbearers were, W.W. Long, L.J. Secord, George Fox, L.R. Phillips, W.N. Leffler and D.L. Way.
