EDWARD K. JOHNSTON, well known retired farmer, died last night at his home at Woodpoint of complications after an illness of three weeks, aged 75.
He was born and reared at New Salem, the son of John and Susan (Kershner) Johnston and was a member of Christ Reformed Church and the Men's Bible class.
He is survived by these sons, Elmer A., Woodpoint; Lloyd E., Washington; sister, Mrs. Emma Shiffler, Hagerstown, and three grandchildren.
The body may be viewed until Thursday noon at the home, when it will be removed to the funeral home of A. K. Coffman, where services will be held Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, Rev. F. A. Fesperman officiating. Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
