ALICE M. CASTRO- HOLBROOK , 89, of 1000 Oak Hill Ave., a pantograph operator at Reeves Company of Attleboro for several years until retiring, died yesterday at Bristol Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late James W. Holbrook .

Born in Attleboro, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Rose (Lauzeau) Brousseau.

She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church of Seekonk and a member of the St. Mary's Ladies Guild.

She was formerly a set-up press operator at the Larson Tool and Stamping Company of Attleboro for many years.

She leaves a daughter, Mary R. Gobin of Attleboro; three stepchildren, Lela Streeter in Florida, Elizabeth Guisado in California and Clyde Holbrook in Massachusetts; a brother, Wilfred Brousseau of Pawtucket, and a sister, Eva Grenier of Providence. She was the godmother of Joseph Doncarlo of Seekonk.

The funeral will be held Tuesday at 9 a.m. from the Duffy-Poule Funeral Home, 20 Peck St., followed by a funeral Mass at 10 in St. Mary's Church, Coyle Drive, Seekonk. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery, Attleboro.
