On July 7, 1957, she was united in marriage to Franklin C. Fonda. Alice is survived by two sons, two grandchildren, two great-grandsons, other family and many friends.
Alice was a devoted wife, supporting her husband while serving in the United States Air Force. During that time, she attended nursing school in Bossier City, Louisiana and received her LPN Degree.
After Frank's military retirement, they moved to Springfield and she pursued her RN Degree. She obtained it and was also a new grandma. Alice's life passion of helping people in physical need was fulfilled through her devoted career as she worked and retired from Cox Hospital System.
Alice accepted Christ as her savior at an early age and was an active member of Bennett Spring Church of God. She and her husband were active in the Gideon's International organization. Alice was a loving and present grandmother and mother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Our loss was certainly Heaven's gain.
