Richard T. Benedict, 44, of 785 Flyer Rd., Kirkville, died Sunday, July 24. Born in Syracuse, Mr. Benedict resided most of his life in Clay before moving to Kirkville a year ago. He was a machine operator with Anheuser-Busch in Baldwinsville.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Faith; two children, Chad and Dorothy, both of Kirkville; his mother, Marjorie Benedict of Clay; a brother, Martin of Clay; two sisters, Martha Balla of Liverpool and Dorothy Hill of Bridgeport; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were scheduled for 9am Wednesday, July 27 at Traub Funeral Home and 10am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, both in Bridgeport. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Minoa.
