She was married to Clarence Claud Belzung, Jr. on January 24, 1953 and they were happily married for 67 years. Her husband and she were devoted members of San Pedro Church of Christ for more than 55 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Belzung; her daughter, Sandra Nolan; her grandson, Gary Nolan; her parents, Fred B. Groves and Mary Rose Groves; and her sisters, Kathleen Dorsett and husband Edgar, Mary Low and husband Austin; her brother, Bill Groves and wife Liz.
She is survived by her daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
