Dennis Keith Thomas, age 71, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Sunday, May 24, 2020, at Ravenwood Specialty Care in Waterloo.
Dennis was born on November 3, 1948, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Wilbur and Ester (Turner) Thomas. He was baptized at Baptist Church in Waterloo.
Dennis worked at Goodwill in Waterloo.
He loved drinking Pepsi, watching tv, and listening to music.
Dennis’s memory is honored by: a brother, Rod (Gail) Thomas; niece, Karen Huebbe; and four nephews; Sam Thomas, Anthony Thomas, Armond Hughes, and Alijah Hughes all of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jackie Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29, at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., due to COVID 19 restrictions it will be limited to 10 people at a time in the funeral home. Graveside Funeral Services with social distancing will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, May 29, at Ok Hill Cemetery in New Hartford with Pastor Al Bidne officiating.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
