BURLINGTON — Mr. Raymond Clint Crumley, 69, of 523 Piedmont Way, died Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2000, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro after 18 months of failing health, one month critical.
A native of Bradley County, Tenn., he was the husband of Mrs. Thelma Williams Crumley, who survives, and the son of Mr. John H. Crumley and Mrs. Jessie V. Bradley Crumley, both deceased. He was a former employee of Flynt Fabrics.
Survivors other than his wife of the home include two daughters, Ms. Joan C. Kennedy of Thomasville and Ms. Angela C. Pickrell of Reidsville; two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Long and Mrs. Willie Gregg, both of Cleveland, Tenn.; two brothers, Mr. Fred Crumley and Mr. John J. Crumley, both of Cleveland; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ms. Helen Jones and Ms. Rebecca Crumley and one brother, Mr. Tommy Crumley.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel in Burlington by the Rev. L.C. Troxler, associate pastor of Burlington Assembly of God. Burial will be in Alamance Memorial Park Mausoleum.
The family will be at Lowe Funeral Home from 7 to 9 this evening, and at other times at the home.
