Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Phyllis) Lindsey of Torrance, Calif., and Mrs. Frank (Doris) Lindsey of Phoenix, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
His wife, Elizabeth, died Sept 10, 1960.
