Wylie Belyeu, 73, of 4204 Moulton St., died Sunday in a Dallas hospital after a three month illness.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Coker-Mathews-Peters Chapel with burial in Forest Park.

He was born April 1, 1897 in Cumby, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Belyeu. In 1918, he married Myrtle Thompson in Point. He was a retired farmer and a veteran of World War I.

Survivors include the widow of Greenville; two sons, Homer Belyeu and Billy M. Belyeu, both of Greenville; one daughter, Mrs. Joyce Maddox of Houston; one brother, Irvin Belyeu of Dallas; two sisters, Mrs. Lilly O'Neal of Greenville and Mrs. Ella Slider of Fort Worth; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services for Wylie Belyeu, 73, of 4204 Moulton St., will be held at 2:30 p.m. today at the Coker-Mathews-Peters Funeral Chapel with burial in Forest Park Cemetery.

Mr. Belyeu died Sunday in a Dallas hospital after a three month illness.

Pallbearers will be Harry Cozart, Perry Johnson, Elmer Causey, Jack Moser, Rickie Belyeu and Ronny Belyeu.
