Hines Johnson and was born January 1, 1950 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 3:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in Campbellsville. Age: 70 . She was a former employee of Walmart. She united in marriage to John Edwin Mascarenas August 5, 1980 and he preceded her in death April 16, 2019. She is survived by three sons and three daughters, sixteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, one brother-in-law, several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Carmelita was preceded in death by a brother, Richard M. Howard.
