John A. Lowry ended up in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana. He married Emma Tincher Nov 27, 1883 in Shelby County, Indiana by Emma's father, Rev. Sampson T. Tincher. John died Jun 26, 1922 in Muncie. John worked with Alfred Marion Beard and when John died Fred was a widower and he and Emma married. There were no children with either marriage. Emma lived until March of 1933. She is buried at the Tincher plot in Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana
