Mobley, Charles I Sr., 75, of Tampa died Thursday at University Community Hospital. A native of Indianapolis, he had lived in the Tampa Bay area 21 years, coming from Indiana. He was an optical engineer for a lens manufacturer. He was a Methodist. He is survived by his wife, Frieda; five sons, Charles, Danny, Tracy, and Michael, all of Tampa, and Ronald of Franklin, Ind.; five daughters, Linda Bullion and Nancy Crossley, both of Indiana, Roberta Daubar of Brandon, Connie LaQuire of Tampa, and Mary Johnson of Texas; two brothers, Harold of Bradenton and Phillip of Indiana; three sisters, Junita Worcel of Bradenton, Joann Gulley and Patricia Winnings, both of Indiana; 20 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
