CADIZ, Ky. — Phillip Keith Meredith, 41, of Hardin, formerly of Cadiz, died at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 2, 2003, at Muhlenberg County Hospital in Central City of natural causes.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Goodwin Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Hawkins officiating. The body will be cremated. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
A native of Cadiz, he was born Nov. 3, 1961, the son of the late Woodrow and Mary Frances Meredith. He was a mechanic, was an Army veteran and was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Mae Mason Meredith; a son, Jonathan Meredith, Nashville, Tenn.; two daughters, Shelly Campbell, Ledbetter, Bridget Meredith, Nashville; four brothers, Jackie Maddox, Arizona, James Maddox, address not available, and Danny and Michael Meredith, both of Cadiz; four sisters, Shelah Sedberry, Cadiz, Sharon Finley, Hopkinsville, Libby Meredith, Hopkinsville, Lou Henderson, Cadiz; a stepson, Brian Mason, Hardin; a stepdaughter, Dana Wallace, Cadiz and two grandchildren.
