Harley James Styer, 84, of Union City, formerly of Hapeville, died Wednesday, May 13, 2020. Mr. Styer was a retired Refrigeration Engineer with Larkin Coils, Inc., and was a longtime member of St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Russell James Styer, and is survived by his wife, Arlene Dawson Styer; children, Bill & Yvonne Styer, Tom & Pam Styer, Charlie Styer, and Christine & Tommy Greene; a sister, Janine Styer Stebbins; grandchildren, Eddie Bala, Andrea & Brian Robbins, Allison Greene, Megan Styer, Audrey & Dylan Price, Kristen Styer, Heather Styer, and Joseph Styer; and a great grandchild, Ryla Robbins. A private graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 18th at Arlington Memorial Park, in Sandy Springs. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 230 Arnold Street, Hapeville, GA 30354, or to Christian City, Inc. , 7345 Red Oak Road, Union City, GA 30291.
