Jacob P. Cook died at his home in Geneva Tuesday morning after a lingering illness with consumption. He was twenty-two years, four months and twenty days old. The funeral took place today, being conducted by Rev. Fred of the Methodist church, which was followed by interment in the Hartford Cemetery. He was a brother of Mrs. E. P. Menefee of this city.
