HARAGER ROLLO
TRUCKEE-- Harger Rollo, 81, died Sept. 13, 1996, at Tahoe Forest Hospital.
A native of Chicago, he was born June 7, 1915, to Van Schaick and Alice Harger Rollo, and had lived in Truckee for the past 13 years coming from North Lake Tahoe, where he had lived for 28 years. Prior to that, he had lived in Los Angeles.
Rollo was an insurance agent broker for 61 years and a member of Truckee Rotary Club for 13 years.
He was a graduate of Chicago Latin School, Westminster Prep School and Yale University, New Haven, Conn.
Surviving are widow, Jo Anne, sons, Peter and John, all of Truckee; sons Van of Boulder, Colo., and Ford of Ketchum, Idaho; son, Harger and daughter, Alicia Rollo, both of Chicago and eight grandchildren.
No funeral is scheduled.
Cremations will be at the Masonic Memorial Gardens Crematory, Reno, under the direction of Truckee-Tahoe Mortuary.
