Grant Lady Dies Suddenly
Mrs. Geneva F. Kirkpatrick passed away suddenly Saturday June 4, at her home in Grant township, following several years of poor health.
Born in West Plains, Missouri, April 21, 1909, she was married to Riley Kirkpatrick July 22, 1939 at Angola Indiana, and has been a resident of the Clare area, the past 28 years.
She is survived by her husband Riley, one daughter Mrs. Eugene Weadle of DeWitt, two grandchildren, three sisters and two brothers of Boston Massachusetts and Mt. View Missouri. One sister, Mrs. Lou Seats, resides at Lake George.
Funeral services were held from the Stephenson Funeral Home Monday afternoon, June 6 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Herman Misinger officiating with burial in Cherry Grove Cemetery.
