Helen Lorraine Habedank formerly of Garden Grove, CA passed away on December 31, 2015 in the Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton, California.
Helen Lorraine Eklund was born December 24, 1919 the daughter of David and Josehpine (Evans) Eklund. She grew up in the Ada area in a large family of 13. The seven girls outnumbered the six boys; Verna, Alice, Eleanor, Doris, Gust, Helen, Bernice, Donald, Ruth, Lester, Merlyn, Vernon and Jerry.
Helen married Reinhart Carl Habedank
Helen is survived by her daughter, two brothers, three sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Rodney and infant daughter, four brothers: Gust, Merlyn, Jerry and Lester; six sisters, Verna, Alice, Eleanor, Doris, Bernice and Ruth
A memorial service will be held at Memory Garden Mortuary on Saturday January 9, 2016 at 2:30 P.M.
Burial will take place in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Strand Township, Norman County, Minnesota, USA.
