Services for Charles C. Aruta, 88, of El Cajon, will be at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Cypress View Bonham Brothers Mortuary. Entombment will be in Cypress View Masoleum. He died Tuesday in a hospital in Flushing, N.Y.
Mr. Aruta, a plasterer, was born in Palermo, Italy, and lived in the county 20 years. He was a member of Full Gospel Church and of Italian organizations.
Survivors include two daughters, Katherine Benfante of El Cajon and Marie Caciola of Woodside, N.Y.; three sons, Angelo and Daniel, both of San Jose, and Charles of Torrance; a brother, Jerome of New Jersey; 22 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
