Raymond A. Krueger, 81, Bradenton, Fla., a former Wausau resident, died in a Milwaukee hospital Sunday morning. Mr. Krueger was an electrical engineer for Wisconsin Public Service for 40 years prior to his retirement. He was former general manager of the Wausau Lumberjack Baseball Team and former business manager of the Wausau Muskies Football Team. He was born Sept. 20, 1898, in Merrill, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman A. Krueger. He married Monona Grabandt on June 9, 1928 in Verona. She survives. Mr. Krueger was member of the Kiwanis Club and the Quarter Century Club of Wisconsin Public Service. Survivors besides his wife include a daughter, Mrs. George (Marjorie) Mader, Menlo Park, Calif.; two sons, Thomas R. Wauwatosa, and the Rev. R. Steven Krueger, Galesville; and a sister, Miss Viola H. Krueger, 308 Poplar, Merrill Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Helke West Chapel, Wausau. The Rev. Thomas York of First Presbyterian Church, Wausau, will officiate. Burial will be in Merrill Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 9 a.m. Friday until services.
