Lavine J. (Krueger) Kufahl, 84, formerly of 1809 E. Main St., Merrill, died Saturday, Jan. 2, 1993, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill. She was a homemaker. Survivors include four daughters, Betty (Donald) Streich, Lila (Lee) Hodgson, Jean (Gerald) Rice, and Sally (Rudolf) Newbauer, all of Merrill; two sons, John (Carol) Krueger, Neenah, and Herman (Loretta) Krueger, Merrill; three brothers, Edward (Lois) Brandenburg, and Earl (Erma) Brandenburg, all of Merrill and Karl Brandenburg, Westfield; three sisters, Ella Laatsch, and Irene (Paul) Woller, all of Merrill, and Violet Lilaquest, Oregon; 46 grandchildren, seven greatgrandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at St. John Lutheran Church, Merrill. Burial will be in Merrill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Taylor-Mann-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, and from 9 a.m. Tuesday until service time at the church.
