Azzara (nee: Fox); dear father of Blaise III, Stephanie and Danielle Azzara; dear brother of John, Suzanne and Janet Azzara; dear son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Prayer service 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at the HUTCHENS Mortuary, 675 Graham Road, Florissant. Interment National Cemetery, Jefferson Barracks, MO. Visitation 2--8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27. Contributions to the American Cancer Society.
