Clara Cook Garrison, age 91, beloved wife of 51 years to the late Richard Lee Garrison, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, at her home. Born October 14, 1928, in Harrison County, Kentucky, to the late Charlie and Elizabeth Jones Cook, she was a devoted farmer and homemaker, a former lunch lady at Center Hill School and a member of Clays Mill Baptist Church. Clara loved singing in the church choir, farm life and country living.

Left to cherish her memory are: a son, Ronnie Garrison, of Harrison County; and several nieces and nephews. Also preceding her in death were: a son, “Little Ricky” Garrison; a brother, Bro. Joe Davis Cook; and two sisters, Ada Dailey and Alice Ratliff.

Private graveside services by Pastor Jeff Fugate and Bro. Flynn Rodgers will be held Saturday, May 2, at Wagoner’s Chapel Cemetery.
