Duncan Adriance M. S. began his education at A and M College of Texas. He entered in 1883 and graduated in1886. He was straightway appointed Assistant Professor of Agriculture and in 1887 he was named Assistant Professor of Chemistry. In 1890 he was appointed Assistant Chemist of Experiment Station. He was named Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the college in 1893.
