Willis, as his family and friends called him, is my fourth great grandfather. He is buried in an unmark grave. I believe his grave is under a building that was built next to the cemetery. Willis's son, John, change the spelling of the family name to Eastright in the late 1840s, and his other son, Samuel changed his last name to Estright in the late 1840s. Willis's wife's name is unknown. He died in Huntingdon County, which is now Blair County.

I, Warren Eastright, believe that Patrick was born in the late 1750s and died in the middle 1830s.

Born in Chatham County, North Carolina in the late 1760s to Heinrich (Henry) and (wife unknown) Eshrich. Willis, as his family and friends called him, was listed in the North Carolina 1790 census as Willis Estrick. He moved to Ohio Valley, Virginia around 1791/92 (became Ohio Valley, West Virginia on June 20, 1863), as his son John was born in that area. It appears he moved the family to Allegheny Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania before 1799 for another son Samuel and the rest of his children were born in that area. Willis is listed in the 1830 Allegheny Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania census as Patrick W. Estrick, between 70 and 80 yrs. Also, listed is a female under the age of five and another between the age of fifty and sixty. His wife's maiden name may have been Seigle, as back in those days, they would give their first-born son his mother's maiden name as his middle name. Willis died in the early 1830s and is buried in Collinsville Cemetery (also known as Mudtown Cemetery back when he was buried) in Altoona, Blair County (later became Blair County in 1846). It is suspected that the garage next to the cemetery had been built over several unmarked graves. I believe his grave is one of them, as I could not find it when I visited the cemetery. The 1790 census listed one male above the age 16 yrs, two under the age of 16 yrs, and one female; most likely the male above 16 yrs and the female are Pat and his wife. The only information I have is on five children who were born after the 1790 census.
