Mrs. Josephine V. Anderson died at her home, 1003 South 34th, Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock from an attack of pneumonia after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Anderson was the wife of Bert R. Anderson, who was acting custodian of the Nebraska state capitol and chief clerk in the state department of public lands and buildings under Dan Swanson.

Surviving, besides her husband, are one daughter, Winona Jo, 4; her mother, Mrs. D. S. Eddens, of Lincoln; and three brothers, Ernest Kelly, of Omaha, and Owen and Ora Kelly, of Lincoln.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Wahoo and had lived in Lincoln for 25 years. She was a member of Grace English Lutheran church, Ben Hur lodge and B.P.P. Does. She was active in both organized and personal charity work.

Funeral services will be held at Wadlow's at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Rev. G. Keller Rubrecht officiating. Burial will be in the Masonic circle in Lincoln Memorial Park.
