ANN CHAMPION MILNOR
AGE 86 YEARS

Ann Champion Milnor, born in Williamsport on Sept. 21, 1933 and living in Dallas, Texas, most of her life, died on March 15, 2020, due to complications from a severe fall and Alzheimer’s disease.

After graduating from Williamsport High School in 1951, she did her undergraduate work at Goucher College, received an M.S. in social work at the University of Texas and an M.S. in library information science at North Texas University. Ann headed the psychiatric social work department at Baylor University Medical Center for many years and finished her career as a librarian for the City of Dallas.

She is survived by her brother, John Campbell Milnor of Trinity, Fla.; and four first cousins, Susan Frantz Payne, Linda Frantz DuLong, Alice Wing Schedelbauer, and Stephen Wing.

Interment will take place at Wildwood Cemetery and a celebration of life in Dallas, Texas, will be held at later dates.
