Bill was a member of the Mason Valley Church, a member the Masonic Lodge #355 and charter member of Tired Iron of the Ozarks.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one brother.
Survivors include his children Rusty Evans and wife Sandy of Highfill, Arkansas and Melissa Smith and husband Ronny of Moseley, Oklahoma; four grandchildren Emerson Evans, Jamie Evans, Misty Lankford and Annie Joyner; seven great grandchildren and sister Irma Bennett and husband Gene of Highfill, Arkansas.
A private graveside service will be held at Highfill Cemetery, Highfill, Arkansas. .
