FLOYD VINCENT HANLIN
Floyd Vincent Hanlin, 77, of 340 N. Orange Ave., Rialto. died Saturday in a San Bernardino hospital. He was a resident of Rialto for 17 years and a native of Collier, W. Va. He was a retired telegrapher for the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a life member of the International Order of Odd Fellows, Collier, W.Va., and Masonic Lodge No. 2, Wellsburg, W.Va., and the Rialto Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Amy, of Rialto, a daughter, Mrs. Betty R. Cottman, of Rialto, a brother, Harold L. Hanlin, of W. Virginia ; sisters, Mrs. Mildred Daley and Mrs. Margaret Bradly, of Ohio; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at the Ralph Wm. Allen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rialto Park Cemetery.

When Floyd Vincent Hanlin was born on April 14, 1892, in Colliers, West Virginia, his father, Abraham, was 29 and his mother, Anna, was 19. He married Amy Lou Tarr on April 13, 1918, in Follansbee, West Virginia. They had one child during their marriage. He died on November 22, 1969, in San Bernardino, California, at the age of 77, and was buried in California.

Parents were: ABRAHAM HANLIN and ANNA SNYDER.
